Yvan Paquet is Assistant Professor at the University of La Réunion, Tampon site, where he is responsible for the master’s degree in “Management of the physical and mental well-being of individuals and organizations” and the university degree “Introduction to positive psychology ”, a university degree which can be followed from a distance. He is also president of the Association of Positive Psychology of the Indian Ocean. These research topics focus on the concepts of control and autonomy, self-determined motivation and passion in the fields of sport, health, education and work. He is the author of several scientific articles and several works in sports psychology. He has also coordinated books on control and motivation and participated in several other book chapters.
